dark phoenix was the only one that I saw that could take her just because feleicia's damage isn't high, and phoenix's healing blast doesn't seem to be blockable.

For the most part, I enjoyed this tournament except for the latter Felicia matches when everyone realized she's (almost) broken. Heh, and even then, the odds were in Sailor Uranus' favor.

Uranas had dozens of occasions to grab her. She never did, and I didn't see Felicia parry at all.

I didn't see any parry, but I did see Uranus do her "reach out" animation for her command grab multiple times resulting in nothing. It's the same reason Kaede couldn't throw her (and why I bet on her thinking command grabs would work).

Any time Felicia blinks blue, that's a "parry". That's not exactly what it is, but it's easier to explain that way. Basically that move makes them invulnerable for a second. It's supposed to be the defense for the unblockable attacks in Pocket Fighter.
