I think upsets still happen often, and even the most stat-heavy and knowledgable people still make screw ups (Like that one millionaire recently who I saw drop like 90% of his bucks on that Elsa potato)

I've been wanting to send him some good and harder to find characters from my library for a while now, I'll try to send some of them tonight.
