She was a playable character in Melty Blood Actress Again, and was banned from competitive play on account of being incredibly fast, powerful, able to fill half the screen with hitboxes, and has a super that will break your guard midway. Basically one of the most broken characters around outside mugen, but in the Current Code followup, they redid the character and the one you're seeing is based on that.
