Well, normal Sub-Zero is kind of ass, some touhou girls are actually pretty bad, and some DBZ chars especially some 16bit large sprite versions are pretty good.
that sounds about right (though if there is a ssj5 in the name and it doesn't end with ssj5 it's likely a good idea to bet on it
)and don't forget, always bet against rare akuma if you want the biggest payout ever
