The Samsung Galaxy S III has been dropped down to $100 on AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. I'm guessing this is to grab away some purchases from the upcoming iPhone.

White or Blue?
Just ordered a blue one (should be coming in the mail today, actually).
But I like both colors. I think the blue looks a bit classier, but the white one looks sleeker IMO.
I was expecting them to release it today, in an attempt to steal some of Apple's hype.Samsung confirmed JB to be an October update.

Does the S3 have something similar to Facetime, I use it all the time with my brother, he is also looking for a new phone.
Has video calling, but if you're hoping to call someone on a PC, you're probably going to have to stick to skype for that.Does the S3 have something similar to Facetime, I use it all the time with my brother, he is also looking for a new phone.

I've had an iPhone 3G for four years now, and I'm finally ready to upgrade to a new phone. The new iPhone isn't doing it for me, but this interests me greatly. It'll be my first Android phone, though, and from what I hear that operating system can be a pain in the ass, so that's made me kind of wary. The simple, easy-to-use nature of the iPhone was something I'm very comfortable with.
Is Android as intimidating as I hear, or it is so simple my mom can use it?
Jesus I completely forgot that G+ existedInstall google plus (you're already a member) and now you can video call anyone else with the app. You can even do it with a few people at once...over the cell network

When is the reveal? Because the $99 Amazon deal is pretty tempting as of now.

Bendable AMOLED (think, unbreakable screen)...NFC maybe?
people keep talking about bendable screens... yeah, good luck with that... you realize that the chips on the motherboard aren't bendable right?
