Took my phone to multiple Sprint stores. They said contact Samsung. This is just insane. The phone has been running hot since the day I got it. Its obvious the GPU burned out and now I have to jump through hoops to get my three week old phone replaced. Anyone reading this; go with the One. This is just ridiculous.
sounds like you should call corporate. that should be exchanged on the spot at any Sprint store.
