Just got back from San Diego last night. I was only at comic-con for 1 day (saturday) and didn't really have time to stand in line for panels, so I just walked around the main hall and took pictures. I'll attach a few of my favorites. These are all taken with my iphone4, I was surprised at the quality.

This guy was real good for clearing a path through the crowds, just walk behind him

The two on the ends and the one crouching in the middle are identical triplets. I've known em since grade school. They all had awesome matching steampunk costumes

Great TF2 group. They had more classes/people a bit later on.

One of the restaurants I enjoyed last year was Sloppy Joes in the Gaslamp district, solely because it's really hard to find a sloppy joe in a restaurant in LA. People keep raving about carne asada fries, but where am I supposed to get them?

If you want a seat near the front, you'll probably have to camp out two panels in advance. When a panel ends, make a beeline forward to get as close to the front as possible. Rinse repeat, and hopefully you end up near the front for GoT.

I hope you're not claustrophobic or afraid of rubbing elbows with people, because there's a lot of crowds at Comicon. It's at a level that's unhealthy, or it was last year. There's just too many people in a too small space.
