In the cryme time, is it just me or do their tony montana impressions devolve into a wierd mix of al pacino and iron sheikh? Cause it really sounds like it.
You gotta grab my GIANT AMERICAN COCK by the balls, mang.

God, now I'm seeing Tony putting someone in the camel clutch while doing a huge rail of coke. You gotta grab my GIANT AMERICAN COCK by the balls, mang.
Oh man, do I've got the thing for you that is totally on topic for this thread and your ReBoot interest.Misleading title is misleading.
This keeps slipping my mind and it really shouldn't considering Gawkers longevity is now super up in the air over that I'd imagine. I do wish they'd mention it, but I'm not sure if they would have much to talk about besides saying it's nuts or some silly hogan jokes.Really surprised they didn't say a single thing about the Gawker/Hogan trial.
Tony Montana talking about anime is one of the best things the channel has ever done.
Was it Tony Montana?
Or was it Iron Sheik.
Is there really a difference? Was it Tony Montana?
Or was it Iron Sheik.
They did and said Punisher season 2 was the best.Does anyone know if the Best Friends talked about Daredevil season 2 on the latest podcast? I want to know what Matt thinks of how it portrays The Punisher.
Is that better or worse?
The ending to TP Part 3 is extremely strong
If you guys aren't watching Spy's stream right now you're missing the fuck out.

I was thinking the same thing. Out right kills the the big bad in that arc. That last question on the podcast...
Man they need to watch Hunter x Hunter.
I'm glad I want alone with that thinking. The way that works out is really neat because reasons. That last question on the podcast...

I think Woolie started Hunter x Hunter, but quit like 6 episodes in.
He said he really disliked the art.
Odd since the system with Nen and the different ways you can use it would really catch Woolie's interest.I think Woolie started Hunter x Hunter, but quit like 6 episodes in.

He watched 8 or 16 episodes. I forget how many. He was annoyed by how averagely shonen the hunter exam was and how he thought he could see everything coming from a mile away. I understand his early sentiments and the Heaven's Arena as a pseudo tournament arc wouldn't really help following it either if he went back to it.I think Woolie started Hunter x Hunter, but quit like 6 episodes in.

Character design most likely since Gon looks like Goku.Is it the art or the character design? Because the character design is oh so very dull.
Really need to look past that since the designs are a wide net. A lot of color and variety like a One Piece.I'm in the same boat as Woolie, in my case it's definitely the character designs. They look too "generic kiddie anime". Like something I'd expect of BayBlade.

Liam is dead right now so it may be a bit.Have they said when the NBA 2K16 story mode LP will finish? I made the mistake of getting bored and starting it without seeing if it was finished or updated in the last week.
Also the new Luffy form they keep trying to advertise everywhere looks really, really stupid.
I was waiting for them to remember Independence Day.Re: Heroic sacrifice, didn't it work out perfectly with Kittan in Gurren?

I agree that modern Toei are a bunch of hacks, but they're in no way to blame for what's shown on that on-model still image because that's what the form looks in manga too.well, you're also using the anime image which is toei's shit tier work
I haven't checked in on One Piece since Impel Down but

is this real? What the fuck?
It just feels weird to complain about it being a thing now (and going it used to be so good) when it's basically an evolution of this which happened 9 years ago.The Gear 4th form looks dumb, sure, but honestly that was an almost natural progression for One Piece
If you wanted the protagonist to look powerful enough to stand on the same level as the big bads of the story this is honestly the best you can expect out of a character called Monkey D. Luffy
And even Oda knows it looks silly. The moment Luffy transformed, Donflamingo started talking shit about how ridiculous Luffy is looking, all bulked up and hopping on one foot because he's so bouncy he can't even stand still.

If I were to change just one thing about the design, it'd be the black color surrounding Luffy's eyes
As entertaining as it will be, I'm not looking forward to Pat pretending the movie is "incontrovertible" proof that he is fundamentally right about Superman (and I say this as someone who isn't especially fond of Superman).I'm seriously dying for all the Bats v. Supes talk on next weeks podcast. Gonna be glorious.
Same. People have tried to convince me One Piece is so good, art and all, and I just go "Are you looking at the same thing I'm looking at?" I understand the anime apparently tanked the art, but even the manga doesn't look very good from what snippets I've seen.I hate One Piece's art style so much.
The beginning of One Piece is actually trash compared to the later stuff. It used to be sooo good in the beginning....
Im honestly excited for this, it'll be a long ass argument that I can just chuckle about. As entertaining as it will be, I'm not looking forward to Pat pretending the movie is "incontrovertible" proof that he is fundamentally right about Superman (and I say this as someone who isn't especially fond of Superman).
