The only way this can possibly apply is the difference between the controller and mouse/keyboard. Because the hardware in these upcoming consoles is more than good enough to keep up with many gaming PCs out there, and even have a storage speed advantage in many cases.

These are pretty low specs, so what's the concern that this would take a lot to run at 60fps? I think both PS5 and Series X specs is way better than this. Even the PRO consoles could offer a very competent version of this game going but the specs......Mid gen consoles are decked with RX 580's, a tad weaker, that is stronger than a GTX 970.....
