So conservatively he is looking at 50 x .85 = 42.5 - 13 = 29.5 months plus any additional time he can have removed by various programs while in prison. I don't expect him to serve much more than another year plus some type of restricted release.

The prosecution overplayed its hand when it tried to go for RICO charges against Diddy. RICO is notoriously hard to prove.

The Prosecutors Podcast did a really good breakdown of this on their Legal Briefs podcast, which you can find HERE if you are interested in listening (Link opens to YouTube of the Podcast).

Beyond that, he was convicted of two counts that most first-time offenders would likely be able to plead down to probation, especially if they had as much time served as Diddy already does.

No doubt, Diddy is a piece of shit, but the prosecution team had their shot and blew it.

Given his time served, Diddy should have walked out of that courtroom with supervised probation or home confinement. Anything else is punitive for the charges he wasn't convicted on (including the Cassie stuff), and that sets a dangerous precedent.
