Sales numbers don't seem wild but they're obviously doing something right with their videogame business (be careful not to mistake 'gaming' in their reporting as this refers to gambling. "Entertainment contents" = the videogames).
If I'm interpreting their slides correctly - in the last decade their videogame business has gone from barely registering profitability for years to being the most profitable area of the company by far. There's been steady growth and it has done well enough to basically absorb the decline in the pachinko sector and offset the complete destruction of their amusement business.
Yes they aren't pumping out 10 million sellers but they're succeeding on their own terms as a company.
When you look at that pachinko decline it's also clear why Konami decided to get more involved in the videogame business again.
