lol.Uh oh. Rumors on Twitter that Trump canned Priebus. I would imagine it's due to Healthcare failing/The Mooch.
Nah, they are in this thread spinning the catostrophic demise of ACA repeal this year at the hands of McCain as some sort of accident. McCain accidentally outmanuvered McConnell in parliamentary procedure.Good for McCain. I still think he needs to consider stepping down as his condition will rapidly decline.
I also wonder if everyone that virtually cheered for his death feel any remorse.
It's true this time. McConnell has exhausted all of his attempts to force the bill with just 50 votes, so for the remainder of the year, he'll need 60 votes in order to pass any repeal and replace bill, which can only happen with Democrats support.
No time.So... will Fox, Breitbart, Infowars and other Real News outlets even acknowledge that this vote happened, or will they simply not cover it, thus leaving Trump supporters secure in the knowledge that the it actually got repealed because only Fake News announced it?
Links?Uh oh. Rumors on Twitter that Trump canned Priebus. I would imagine it's due to Healthcare failing/The Mooch.
I don't see why that matters. He wants to replace Obamacare with another plan, but he refuses to remove Obamacare without anything in place.its not sly. he did the right thing not for the right reason. he fully wants obamacare repealed. ill give him credit for not voting for last nights piece of shit bill but dont think he wants to keep obamacare or that he is in any way progressive.
Somabitch. Crow sales must be through the roof after the thread on McCain coming back to vote. Glad he did.
Source? The only thing I've heard is about considering one reconciliation bill a year, not whether that includes just voting on it or passing it.
Anyhow, they can use budget reconciliation again, but it has to be after they deal with this year's budget.

I spent longer than I care to admit waiting for the play button to show up in that photo.
So they're moving on to Tax Reform then? But didn't that hinge on their healthcare reform passing? What the fuck are they gonna do now?
lmao same.
Can't they just make a new bill and start all over, like net neutrality?
Oh god. What clown would even replace him? Mooch? Flynn? Don Jr.? (Probably Hope Hicks?)
Ha Ha.

I think people are overthinking McCain's vote a bit. He voted yes to open debate so different options and consider them. When none would pass they tried the skinny repeal which would pass even when everyone thought it was a horrid idea. McCain thought it was a bad idea too, and was in the correct position having gotten reelected in 2016 and with cancer so that there was no way he could get primaried for his vote. Thus, he was free to vote no on the shit bill, and that's what he did. No 5-D chess required.
Everyone's thoughts on the vote and McCain aside, I hope we can all agree this is pretty great, lol.
I didn't participate in that thread, nor do I share their sentiments, but there are occasions when crow makes for a dann fine meal.
I'm not entirely understanding this. They need 60 votes unless there is a budget reduction? Has that requirement passed the point of no return?
If so, that's great. Time to remove Trump from office and at least make the bill way less horrible if it passes in 2018.
I'm disappointed in Lindsey Graham. Why would he vote yes on such a piece of shit?
In any case, good on McCain, and once again folks who depend on the ACA can breathe a temporary sigh of relief

Yes because this vote totally makes McCain a good person.
Republicans on my Facebook feed are hating on McCain.
They wanted trump care?
