Nah it's 2 Japanese and 1 Western. Bioware is the ONLY developer I seen that did the booty right. You find me any studio other than platinum, team ninja and Bioware that does the booty.

CDProjekt and Rocksteady are really good for the West imo. Nintendo and Capcom can be good, but it's really on a game by game basis. (Same for team ninja, they're not consistent)
