Not in America. I chatted with an Amazon rep about the lack of Prime discount and they told me to talk to them again after the game shipped and I would be issued a 20% refund, you should try it as well.

The game has weapon balance issues and online was kind of broken the last time I tried it (months ago already) because of it- people were just "rocket jumping" and killing everything using the bazooka. Single player is pretty boring. You have more characters in this game than ever before, including some new guest characters, but it doesn't matter since they're all just skins and everyone plays pretty much the same. I'm also not big on how often you have to reload, since water is used not just for shooting, but also dashing and big jumps.

I like the other SK games a lot, but this game was a huge disappointment. I'm hoping that the localized version will at least play better online (as some issues are clearly the result of playing with Japanese players), but the game itself just isn't that great. I suspect the online will be dead even faster than it was in the other SK games, which isn't good since that's where the real 'meat' of the game is.
