I am personally outraged that Fergal Devitt was given a fakey sounding name.
Don't worry the next NXT pay per view seems to be Dec 11. So around that time everyone will move on to Kevin Steen new name when he debuts.
People who don't like the name should tweet him because he came up with it and thought it was good.

I'm not trying to convince anyone, I'm giving my take on it.
If a black guy with a suit walked in there would he be escorted out or treated differently? If a white guy in "hood clothes" walked in there would he be allowed to stay?
The dress code might have it's roots on racism ( I have no idea if it has but I take your word for it) but there are more reasons to looked down on it than "it's black peoples clothes".
Of course, I'm not american so I don't know how that reality is over there. What I can say it's the clothes themselves is why someone might refuse to serve people and not the color of the skin of who wears it.

Same logic behind people resisting any sort of positive change. Prince is an awful name, doubly so for a face.
To me Prince Devitt sounds more like a "wrestler name". Finn Balor sounds like some shitty DND character name.

Prince Devitt is so bad of a name that I've literally never seen a second of this guy's work yet. I wasn't willing to get invested even in a 15 second "oh that was cool" moment on YouTube for that name.
That might be it, I admit.
If that expression is most of the time associated with black people I can see how that is racist but, those kinds of things here, are more like "that guy dresses like that so he might be up to something" than "that guy is black so he might be up to something". Or at least that's how I perceive it.
