Park reportedly already apologized, but It's also probably because the government has that program with CMLL where they're trying to teach kids how to read and write. But it's fucking L.A. Park of course he's going to drop an f bomb. If people wanted shitty child friendly soft caricature L.A. Park, they'd watch AAA.

But again, I bet you 'disrespect the fans' a lot more by not having arguably the second or first most draw in the Aniversio show than him saying 'fuck.' Fuck Mistico and his reading to kids segments anyways. That dude is the worst.

Smackdown

- Announced for tonight's show is Seth Rollins vs. Ryback in a Lumberjack match, as well as Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose & Jimmy Uso vs. The New Day.

- The Wyatt Family kick off this week's show in the ring. Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper cut promos dressing down Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose. Wyatt shows us what happened to Randy Orton on RAW earlier this week. The segment is wrapped up when Braun Strowman yells "Run!"

- Paige vs. Sasha Banks is announced for later in the show, as the "Divas Revolution" continues on this week's SmackDown.

- Cesaro def. The Miz in a decent match that had some good crowd heat from the fans in Wilkes-Barre. The finish saw Cesaro trap Miz in a Sharpshooter for the submission victory.

- Backstage, Renee Young is with Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Jimmy Uso. The three talk about their match later tonight against The New Day.

- Next, a match was scheduled between Paige and Sasha Banks, however it never ended up really happening, as instead a giant melee broke out involving Team B.A.D. and Team P.C.B. In the end, Paige, Charlotte and Becky Lynch forced Sasha Banks, Naomi and Tamina to retreat.

- Backstage, Byron Saxton is with Seth Rollins. Rollins complains about Sting destroying his statue on RAW. Rollins talks about his matches against Sting and John Cena at Night Of Champions until Sheamus interrupts him.

- The New Day vs. Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Jimmy Uso ends in a no contest. The match saw Ambrose hit Dirty Deeds, Reigns hit a Superman punch and Uso hit a top rope splash, but during the pin, the lights go out and when they come back on, The Wyatt Family has Uso on the stage.

- The Ascension def. The Lucha Dragons in tag-team action. Stardust was in The Ascension's corner for this one, as collectively the trio is known as "Comic Wasteland." The finish saw The Ascension hit The Fall Of Man on Kalisto for the 1-2-3. After the match, Cosmic Wasteland beats down The Lucha Dragons until Neville makes the save.

- Backstage, Renee Young interviews Team Bella. Nikki Bela talks about possibly breaking the record against Charlotte next week. Charlotte shows up and she and Nikki argue a bit.

- Seth Rollins def. Ryback in a champion vs. champion match in the main event of this week's SmackDown. While billed "champion vs. champion," no titles were actually on the line. The Rollins-Ryback match was a Lumberjack match, and several of the Lumberjacks got involved many times throughout the match. In the end, Rollins hit a Pedigree on Ryback for the win. The show ends with Rollins celebrating in the ring.

I like how The Ascension are put in a new stable and getting a push on Smackdown but are still enhancement talent on Raw.

That's more intimidating than the guy who ate his cigar in Over The Top.

Chris Hero has had a very underrated year. Dude has been putting in work. Solid stuff in NOAH. Amazing matches with Thatcher(best rivalry in Wrestlig), Sabre,Bailey and Tommy End. Would love to see him and Suzuiki

I would kill for Suzuki vs Hero as I have pretty well loved every match I've watched of Suzuki's this year.

Has anyone been to a live NJPW event (in Japan)?

Might be in Tokyo around the time for the King of Pro Wrestling event.

I've never seen anyone drinking or eating in the stands, curious if they sell beer or, like Japanese hockey games, people just bring in whatever they want because Japan is awesome like that.

If they are Dutch, upright and breathing they are more racist than your favorite player
Does Xavier Woods not wrestle much? I noticed he mostly just jokes around

It sounds like the first clean victory of Seth's reign. He needs a clean win from time to time. Even Flair beat lower card guys without cheating.

you're right, but I thought Ryback's cue card promo was the start of fighting champion Ryback / return prestige to the -- I'm not gonna finish that last part.

Comparing PPV sets between 2005 and 2015:

People complain about sets now, but from 1985-1998, just about every set was exactly the same and no one seemed to care. King of the Ring was the only PPV of the big four to get unique sets. IYH had the same set from the first one until late 1997. Outside of the titan tron, entrances were the same for over a decade and it wasn't an issue.

I think the only memorable set from those times was the Backlash set. It was cool seeing a different set every month but other than that, I don't remember them being very special.

Going through raw right now and i dunno what's worse, seth Rollins weird statue obsession or this basura rusev/ziggler mic feud. Hahaha this is so corny

So what you're trying to say is, before stages were made to be elaborate, people didn't expect elaborate stages.

I think the point is that modern wrestling fans have very little perspective about wrestling as a whole. Unique PPV sets can be nice, but ultimately, they're meaningless, as shown by the fact that wrestling functioned just fine without them for quite a long time.

In general, tacos' point the last few days seems to be that wrestling fans are inconsistently and selectively bothered by things and often don't look at happenings in a larger perspective, which is how you get things like the Full Sail crowd being upset that NXT was having big shows outside of FSU. I agree with this, personally.

My perspective is I'm really fuckin bored of that RAW set.

Friends, sports entertainment is a looks based business, and that goes for the sets too. I refuse to hear any other argument on the matter.

The G1 shows without commentary and camera angles felt like a noticeable step down too. Part of professional wrestling has become the spectacle and presentation. When parts of that are taken away it is distinctly less exciting. It's the same reason people miss pyro. Just because wrestling can be good without it doesn't mean it isn't better with it. Especially with the amount of content WWE pumps out, they should be doing everything they can to make their network's Special Events actually feel special.

I do (Nikki turning on Brie) if only because it led to one of the worst Divas angles in years and then just randomly ended without payoff or comeuppance

Stunningly bad, and if anything I'm being generous calling it one of the worst Divas angles in years because there honestly isn't a lot that happened in the company in general within the last few years, that lasted months, that was worse.

Well, there's TMZiggler that could give it a run for its money. Especially if they do the gossip-rag promo every single week.

That angle obviously tops it, but that's the only one I can think of that's even arguably as bad/worse than Bellas Feud that came from WWE. Hell, if it weren't for Psycho Circus/Villanos, Dolph/Lana/Rusev/Summer would have been the worst thing in wrestling this year.
