Working on getting my power lifts back. I'm a lean dude, 6'3" and about 205, but was able to move some good weight. I got too cute and started doing accessory exercises too much and almost abandoned the core lifts (well, not really). I am back to strength training right now.
8 sets of 3 reps of heavy squats and deadlifts time.
