Ok thanks. My main issue is having enough plastic and alloy. I have 3 trade centers importing it and 2 recycling plants but its not enough apparently. I don't know what else I can do.

I think they are commercial. Much like real cities, all the skyscrapers are commercial buildings.

Looks like all server selection changes, nothing to the game itself.

After this patch, can anyone confirm that their recycling center's are still working correctly? Mine aren't outputting anything even though their recycling materials are maxed.

I'm only running off of wind turbines at the moment.Well I've given up. I'm trying to promote people to come across from my other city and spend in my casinos. I've set up trains and buses promoting growth of tourism and still only get 200 visitors. To top it off I sent 500k to my other city to kick it in to gear. Now it said that it was sent only when I go on my other city it's not there. Hell I fucking waited for 20 minutes and it's still not arrived. Then my great work is STILL sitting in limbo due to "planning" and doesn't show in my other city. Then to top it off I'm told to build a department of safety in my main city so I can build a police precinct in my casino city. I'VE HAD A FUCKING HOSPITAL SITTING IN MY MAIN CITY FOR 4 GOD DAMN MONTHS. HOW FUCKING LONG DOES IT TAKE TO UPDATE?
tl;dr - Servers are still fucked, if you try to do ANYTHING on your own the servers continue to treat cities like they aren't connected. Dog shit. Utter dog shit. :/

I can't really do much when half my land mass is irradiated. Ten in-game years later, its still there and without any way to reset a city-plot, all that's left to do is abandon it.

I need to do 160,000 per day in oil revenue to get the HQ upgrade, I have 3 wells fully going and its still not enough =/ 3 trade depots as well........do I really need a 4th well?

I did it with 3 maxed out wells. Make sure ur trucks aren't in traffic.
Use at least 1 incinerator and don't place ur dump near residential!
NA East 2, by any chance? Seems like that particular server is fucked when it comes to regional sharing.
I deleted everything from that server and moved over to NAE4. I was going to test it just now, but it's not letting me log in at all now.

New garbage facility or add another landfill if there is room at your current one. Or you can export it if there is capacity in your region/regional trading works.

I'm convinced they based that on oil being more valuable on the global market (which never seems to adjust). The easiest way is to get a trade port

Something is wrong. One of my cities is offering 15MW of energy and another one is buying on demand. The demand is 38.2MW, it's only buying 28.1MW. Same for water supplies. I guess this is due to server errors/latency but damn, that's annoying.
There is some delay, both server related and intentional. That said, they will only ever buy enough to cover the shortfall, so you should be at 0 excess
Check to see if the delivery trucks is stuck in traffic. I have 2 recycling plants and importing from 2 trade centers, and I have enough for 7 plants.

so, someone please tell me how and where to put a bus stop.
I can build a bus depot. I can build a shuttlebus lot onto the depot. But I have no idea how or where I can build a shuttle bus stop. I don't see the option to build one anywhere, and I don't know here I would build it even if I could.

Bus stops go on roads make sure they are spread out though. Shuttle depots work as huge bus stops so you want them near something like a train station or large commercial districts to bring in visitors. You really don't need one till you have more cities in the region though.
In the bus menu there should be a blue bus stop. You can place it along roads. You will see the area covered by the bustop light up in green.
