Can you change the region names?

You can put a region name when you create it, and I'm pretty sure you can change it after you've created it, too.

In case you don't know, the best time to have a multiplayer game is at launch... when everyone is basically on the same level and people haven't learned how to min/max or exploit the system.

After watching the Let's All Be Mayor stream for the last 5 days, it looks like you practically have to have an university in your city. The way it advances technology, increases commercial, etc. etc., it seems way too useful. It's negative, cost, seems like a minor thing.

With 16 cities in the region I'm pretty sure we will have at least one of every schools. Most of the research will probably be done too.

Exactly. It's safe to assume out of the 16 cities, there'll be at least 4 universities, and even if each of those only builds 2 schools, that's good enough to cover everything. Better spend that money and especially space on something more useful to yourself and let others do the research.

What do you mean by facilitate the residents? Students can travel cross-cities, so it's not like they'll be unhappy
