There's no official pre-load lol.

BTW about GMG for those who's never used them before. Make sure to check the website on your "Keys" page. Your key will almost certainly appear there before you get an email. They are always super slow with the mails.

If they come out of the Atlanta area, then yes. The UPS shipping/delivery hub in this area is about 15-20 mins north from where I live.

If it's the latter, if you don't already have a cd key, it wont work

Not all plots are maximum size. They vary in size.
