I VPN'd to EST and restarted Origin. Still not showing released. Doesn't look like time zone.
I've been waiting to finish my digital deluxe purchase with my no-preorders-allowed discount code. It isn't letting me apply the code. These problems may actually be because they haven't flipped the item over from preorder status yet. (wild guess)

It's not, it's because the servers are very verrrrrrry slowly handing out keys. Once you have a key you'll be able to download.
