Uh, okay, if that's what you like. I prefer this modern era where we mix multiple genre elements in beautiful and exciting ways and have the production technology to do it without being messy. My ears get bored easily. If you don't have some raw soul you'd better make up for it with everything else.
Admittedly production-wise he was sometimes more interesting when Denniz Pop was alive and part of the team, but his songwriting remained as strong as ever alone (and later with Dr. Luke - although I don't like a lot of what they've done in the past few years). This is a bit off-topic, but not that much since a lot of Swedish and Scandinavian teams work with k-pop artists today. I'll spare my 10 000 word essays on the greatness of Martin's tunes for another topic, though.
'Mixing multiple genre elements' as a criteria for good pop sounds pretty reductionist, though, even if that's been one of the core characteristics of k-pop.

It's interesting to see Tiffany's behavior behind the scenes.
It kind of astounded me to realize while watching the AKP Girl's Day interview that Minah is the shortest member.
I guess it's because she has so much more presence on stage than the rest of the girls, she seems larger in a sense.
I've watched 4 episodes of Hello Baby now. I guess my main problem with the show, is that it's centered around a baby and I hate babies. I'd much rather they had all the girls do a run of Invincible Youth episodes together. The hidden camera thing was weak compared to the ones I saw on IY. They had that one dude climb a tree, I was dying when that happened.

I'm really starting to get into Tumblr for kpop stuff and it's crazy how much better the "standard" version is than the dumb "mobile" version they built on iOS. How is it that in mobile safari I can scroll through a ton of pics/gifs just fine in standard desktop view, but when I try the dedicated Tumblr app (which is handicapped like hell so you'd think the performance would be awesome) it just crashes like crazy.

The only blogs I follow on Tumblr are kpop related. If there's any new happenings you'll know about it after just scrolling through 2 or 3 pages of your dash.

It feels like I've been watching RM43 all day. So long, but so good. I loved when Suk Jin's son said that his least favourite member was Kookie.

I just finished watching it, probably my favorite since I been to Seohyun station and the market in Daegu. The whole episode was too good, kind of like the SNSD episode, no dull moments. Shin Bongsun is awesome, I like how she called out the VJ camera girls that keep getting the guests caught.
