Yeah, even in those first few episodes I doubt it was used. I can't imagine any of those girls being not-squeamish enough to use that thing, especially if someone else has already used it, since it's just a big metal pot buried in the ground. Maybe Sunny since she was badass and didn't give a f*ck.
