Don't disagree. But you were the one who wanted to analyze the beef without reference to social media for some reason. And if you take social media out of the equation then you can see Meek acted like a dumbass. Acting whiny and butthurt and starting a beef with someone, unprepared, who he would get no benefit from fighting with is all on him.

Even Wayne raps with the Migos flow. Hell probably like 4/5 popular rappers have jacked their style on tracks the past 3 or so years.

You're probably right that wayne inspired some of these newer guys but its definitely not been anything he's said on a mike recently.

How he acted has nothing to do with the point I was arguing. You're still misunderstanding what was being discussed to begin with. Which was that social media changes the way the battle is decided.

I think if Meek had something better than what he put out, Drake had a response ready. But since Meek embarrassed himself further, it wasn't necessary. Drake's up by 40 with a ten seconds of game time left. The starters are out of the game. It's over. The street dude is making wedgie threats. It's over.

This Back to Back track is not that great, just sounds like another Drake track. Not that great on the rhymes.
Sure its better than Meeks, but beef wise its just bad.

Love Drake though, So Far Gone is a great mixtape.

I really do think Wanna Know would have been a decent track if it didn't have two 90 minute interludes in it to completely kill the momentum of the entire song.

I don't think Drake's dropped a third track because Meek's first one was dismissed by most and people said Drake still "won". Then he had the great OVO fest performance and that was that.

Sounds silly, but he probably doesn't want to look like he's giving it too much attention, so if Meek doesn't come out with another track then I don't know if Drake will.

Kendrick can rap about whatever he want - people will always try to somehow look and wanna relate it to Drake because they want a beef to happen. I dont think Kendrick is aiming for Drake...if he were he would just call out his name.

Also Dre/Iovine payed Drake/OVO 20 million a couple of weeks ago on that Apple deal...dont think they wanna screw up their investment xD

Well..and nobody gives a damn about Lupe.

why do people assume kendrick would just say his name? is he really "the man" like that or are yall just making up headcanon
