This morning I found that my computer rebooted somehow, I guess it did one of those random reboots that I don't understand why they happen. Anyways, a few minutes ago I tried to open task manager to close a few applications in the background that I always close when my computer just started Windows, and I get an error message saying,"Task manager has been disabled by your adminstrator."

WTF? I live on a college campus dorm hall, and I know those fgts in the network didn't block me from my own task manager (OR DID THEY? IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?) and I KNOW I didn't block MYSELF. So what's going on? Did I get hacked or something?

I have a firewall on though, norton. WHAT IS GOING ON?

That has nothing to do with your network administrator. It's the administrative account on your computer. But yeah, you need to run Ad-aware and Spybot. And an anti-virus program, not a firewall.
