In all of serious, yeah, it's really stupid. I don't play demos much but 12 is way too little.

I was a Nintendo 64 kid at the time, but most of my friends had Playstations. A lot of the time if we played games when I went over it'd be a Tony Hawk's demo or something. They never bought many games (not that we did either at the time, mind), instead we'd play stuff off demo discs all the time.

I like that Square gave the Theatrhythm demo unlimited uses. It let me get a general feel for the game, but gave me little enough that I wanted more.

I hope in the future if he does choose to upload again, he stays away from the SE stuff, especially the Shimomura stuff, just because I know that in the past a few people I know who uploaded her stuff got strikes for that stuff specifically. It got kind of ugly, with people forming groups and trying to make petitions and learning how fair use works, among other things.
