Probably a 3/10 from me honestly.

Not a single game there that interested me, far too much VR, not a single racing game present (wtf?)

The 3 is for their total "no bullshit" approach and the weird-as-fuck-but-interesting Kojima game thing.

Gee, I wonder why...

I have more PS4 games than XB1 games. My PS4 is currently on and I'm grabbing the RE7 title.

But go ahead and avatar quote me because I like Gears of War.

Idiot.

People love to jump to conclusions

Ahem, I coulda gone another 45 minutes easily.

That was all kinds of streamlined and awesome. Just felt like we missed shining the spotlight on a lot of stuff.

No Titanfall was a surprise, for instance.

In terms of the games shown, I'm in for God of War and Horizon, and maybe the new Quantic Dream title. Death Stranding is an interactive album cover for all I know.

I think it's better than last year for me. The way I remember it:
GOW Reboot - chills all over
Days gone - looks interesting
Horizon - freakin' amazing as expected
Detroit - GREAT CAN'T WAIT
TLG - omgomgomg
VR games look good
COD looks good too
Crash - damnnn cool
Spiderman - Holy shitttttttttt yes
Kojima's new game - GOD FUCKING DAMNIT YOU DID IT SONY
Days gone - fuck that shit's average

I cannot believe how amazing Infinite Warfare looked. Wow. Wow!!

I got a little thrown because it came right after the end of the VR segment and I was still thinking I was looking at VR games. Which I bring up in part because that launch sequence in VR would have given me the same sort of feeling of anticipation I get from the launch on a good ride, I think - so I'm rather disappointed if it's not a thing!

Mostly smoke and mirrors and a lot of derivative games.
No big bomb, no Gravity Rush, no FF7R, but hey look at this postapoc zombie shooter.

Snore.

For me this beat last year's conference. The whole thing was way above other shows this E3, Sony just fucking owned it.

Classy, to the point, bullshit talking to the minimum. AND THOSE GAMES!

how? lol Denial much?

By better presentation. The orchestra did little for me. The stage was compared to MS's unimpressive (except for the Crash shadow). The pacing was weird. I was surprised when it was over. This hardly more than a load of trailers.
Really promising trailers.

I spent that entire gameplay segment waiting for a grown Ellie to come in and save the guy and we find out it was a TLoU sequel. But then nothing of the sort happened and it stayed meh. Am sad now.

All of the conferences have been fairly weak for me.

I think Microsoft took it for me. Just based on having the more interesting games AND showing games coming in the next year. Half of the Sony showcase was yet again, here are games you'll play in three years time. Kind of old fashion at this point with how Microsoft and Nintendo handle a majority of their game announcements.

I thought it was kindof meh. 7/10 (same score I gave MS E3, though that was spoiled by leaks). The crash tease was a letdown, TLG looks dated, COD looked like Titanfall again, and the zombie game looked generic.

At this point I wonder if Sony's first party has surpassed Nintendo's.

EDIT: Probably not but it's interesting I'm even thinking this.

Best conference so far. Horizon looks amazing, Last Guardian release date, God of War reveal, Resident Evil 7 looks interesting. They even made Infinite Warfare look interesting.

Loved the orchestra.

Fantastic looking games, but very forward thinking. When will we play any of this stuff?

It was an awesome conference but had the same problem as last year where the games are just too far out. Sony knows how to put on a show though above all else. And that Resident Evil 7 announcement was the best announcement this E3. Did not expect that at all.

Kinda bummed at no Red Dead Reconciliation but Rockstar should just show it when it's ready.

Days gone looked good and Horizon as well. But very little this year lots of in production. I'm a little let down 3 years in.

VR doesn't interest me at all at this time.

I loved the presentation style of this conference, but I'm not feeling very many of the games. Horizon continues to hold my attention though.

I'm really unsure about God of War. If it feels like the old God of War games with really heavy narrative then there's no way I'll play it. I'm hoping it feels new, but without shoving some story BS down my throat. Will keep an eye on it.

Thought it was absolutely fantastic. Sony has such much in the pipeline, and I absolutely loved how they didn't announce or show anything we didn't already see or know.

definitely the best press conference by far, despite me only being interested in one of the exclusives.

perfect length. only one shitty cameo.

Great conference, but it also convinced me that I don't need a PSVR at launch. It looks like it's just going to be tech demos included in other games for the first few months.

Hands-down, Sony killed it, best conference of E3 so far. Games on games on games! Fucking stoked for Horizon: Zero Dawn, can't wait till next February!

Wow. Lack of my anticipated games, but all the games look damn good. This conference feels more like a show rather than a briefing. I'm not complaining though.

Just a thought, but for those people who need their Japanese gaming fix, just wait until Tokyo Game Show.

FFXIV will have Fan Fest in October and possible new expansion hype.
