Sony must be under some heavy pressure now:
I mean MSFT can only go up, basically, they have all the eyes on them, on the other hand.
I dunno, we all thought MS can only go up after their reveal this month, then today they release the press release for how used game will work, cancel their e3 appointment for interview etc and go even further downhill than we even thought possible.
Realistically, this is what I'm expecting:
- Short talk on PS3/Vita games
- Show PS4 console, talk about it
- Live demos of launch lineup (KZ, DC, Infamous, Knack)
- Destiny demo
- 3 exclusives reveals: FFXV, TLG, SSM new IP
Anything in addition to the above would be a bonus surprise for me.

So, after the Angry Joe listing it's looking more and more like MS' big grab will be landing Fallout 4 as an exclusive (timed?). I wonder if Sony will have something to counter it?

It'll be timed at best, may just be exclusive DLC. MS seems to think that timed exclusive DLC is some major victory.
Hopefully it wasn't a permanent ban. Fella was just trying to help out.

No way, Fallout was a big seller on PC and PS3 as well as 360, it's pretty much guaranteed timed Xbone release or timed DLC. It would take the profits of the PC/ PS4/4 combined with extra to dissuade them from going multiplatform.

Only way to "counter" FO4 being exclusive would be to have some big non first party game being exclusive. That one is gonna hurt if true.

After having just read about Metro: Last Light, I hope Fallout 4 is as detailed and varied as that game. It's linear, but from what I've seen it's set the environmental bar for post apocalyptic worlds.
Don't agree with this at all. Fallout is a mid-sized IP at this point. MS moneyhatting FO4 exclusive is not as big a deal as people are making it. The real megaton would be moneyhatting the next Elder Scrolls. That would be big.

BTW if the game is timed exclusive for Xbone it will still release for PC. They don't care about moneyhatting a full exclusivity as seen with Titan.

So with Hotline 2 being at E3 Im wondering if it will be at Sonys show, or booth. It could easily show up in a montage, or could be unveild as a Vita (and pc) announcement during the conference. Looking forward to seeing what their up to with it. Would also be cool if they release some of these more anticipated indies on psn during the show.

Expectations are a little skewed though. I think no one expects MSFT not to have games but I think people are really underestimating Sony's throughput.

Unless Bethesda can some manage to prove they aren't completely technically inept they won't be on top for long, it's a whole new gen.
final fantasy xv vs fallout 4 as dueling third party rpg exclusives would be interesting. i like how it's a microcosm of how microsoft is building an america box and sony going for a global approach, with fallout 4 being very big for the american market vs final fantasy which sells everywhere.
that said i still think bethesda would be crazy not to try and establish themselves on playstation properly now they have a pc architecture to work with.
