It's a new game from the creators of AC, I don't think an official name has been given yet.

Looks like it'll be an XMB menu option (see the earlier pictures from the conference), and you'll be able to set access restrictions on it if you want (like that's likely).

The wallpaper thing is vague (or my Japanese is shit, probably the latter) but maybe they've looked at the customisability stuff that the homebrew kids have been working on and decided to add it officially?

It's a wireless network encryption method, more secure than WEP.

Much more secure wifi encryption basically. WEP is easily cracked (and some people were whinging a few months ago that they had to switch their wireless LANs down to WEP to be able to use their PSP online) and WPA-SPK is a lot more secure (and in theory easier to manage). It's a good feature to add, I was wondering when they were going to get round to it.

Well, I don't think it is exactly unfair, if it is true about Sony enforcing 1080p screenshots, regardless of whether the game is actually 1080p, as this will be a better indicator of how the game will actually look if it isn't (which certainly seems to be the case..).
