Just got done watching it. South Park really should air every other week, or not do episodes in 6 days, that episode was really good.

I didn't really like this episode at all. I don't think I understood any of the references. The whole thing just made me feel old.

That was fun. A non-pop-culture based episode featuring minor characters that we haven't seen in a while. It's almost like a Butters episode.

This is really good so far. Missed the first screening, watching now and its hilarious.

"Noooo wayyy."

And than the scene before the break the black guy flips out.

Is there some joke im missing out on w/ the plants stuff? The black guy was hilarious, pretty good episode. Though you could tell they didn't know how to end it and that ending really sucked

It made me think of that joke: "I wish my grass was emo so it would cut itself." Doubtful that's what they were going for but maybe.

They ended it that way to further make fun of both cliques by equating them. It could have easily ended where Poe freed them and they burned the place down. But that would be too conformist. :P

I loved the way they'd all just bicker between themselves, Poe was easily the best character, right when he brings up his cigarette for the first time you just know it

Shaking plants, what the hell.

I don't know if the end was a disappointment or not, maybe I was expecting something sinister. However, I did find it pretty funny, and there were a lot of good lines.

Some nice laughs to be had with this new episode, but I fear the 17th season is moving too far away from the regular characters.

I mean, have we even seen Kyle and Kenny in this season?

Black dude was amazing.

I liked it up until the ending. "Haunted abortion clinic" was gold but I didn't like that plot twist.

I mean, we had crap like this and even worse in the past, couldn't these plants be just, well, sentient plants.

Without that plot twist that took away all conflict in a single swoop this honestly could have gone on to be this season's two-parter.

I thought this was the weakest episode so far this season. The black guy gave me some chuckles but otherwise, this episode wasn't really funny and this is coming from someone who is a fan of goth subculture. The other goth kids episodes were many, many times better.

Can someone explain what was funny about the black dude? Like what was that a reference to? I see people saying he's a Twilight fan or something.

It wasn't a reference to anything as far as I know.

It's funny because it was unexpected. It's funny because it was completely absurd. He's a grown man. Hanging out with vampire kids. He's not even dressed like them; he's got a Twilight shirt, that's it, yet he's totally a hardcore vampire kid who talks nothing like them. It's fucking ridiculous, which = funny to some people.

Plus the fact he's dressed like an 80's break dancer and his mannerisms don't fit in so pretty much what you said. I can't see why it's hard to figure out what made it funny.

Oh, damn I kept thinking it must be a reference to some Youtube video or something.

I really love this show, but I found nothing really funny about this episode. I chalked it up to not understanding references, but if that's not the case, then maybe the episode was just completely unfunny (to me).
