AF, MSAA, and massive texture sizes are turned on by default.
Exit Steam, turn on VPN, start Steam, load game, kill VPN.
It can't be 30 hz... that'd be just plain retarded. Try 60 or 120.

So far this game is exactly what I wanted it to be.
Short Story Long: I was on my way out to buy the game at midnight when my car wouldn't start. The headlights didn't automatically turn on in the fog I had yesterday and so I manually turned them on and left them on like an idiot. Now, I wait as the slow internet in my dorm downloads the game off of PSN which will probably take multiple hours. I could use a laugh, lets hope the game provides that.

The game is locked at 30 FPS and yes that is retarded. I locked my monitor to 120Hz and that helped a bit. Still stutters though.
Yeah I'm getting the message that my key hasn't been generated and there will be a delay.
Someone asked them on twitter and their response was they should be available around 19:00 CET.
The one time I'm glad work is going be a long day.

I wouldn't say it's a worse experience. As an RPG it's damn solid. I'm still very early in the game and the battle system is great (and hasn't even really opened up yet from what I can tell). I don't watch the show very often at all but I'm finding it pretty funny. I'm sure I'd enjoy it much more if I were an avid watcher but it's funny even without it.
Though, if you're not into the type of humor that goes as low brow as South Park sometimes does, then you probably won't enjoy the humor in the game all that much.

Damn, jim loved it.
I'm not risking that. Knowing my luck the game will be disabled in no time by Steam. They've cracked down a lot on activating and playing via VPN and I shouldn't have to take that risk anyway.

Apparently that's the only way to activate it, once it's activated it works fine and you don't need the VPN anymore. This was what I was going to do from Nuuvem but for some reason they refunded my money and cancelled my order. I was considering getting it from GMG but then I saw your post.
