This is all Martin right? I don't even gotta look, this is all Martin's doing.
Already happened during the whole BvS/Suicide Squad debacle.GAF hating Spidey 2? Do we hate TDK yet or is that coming with its anniversary next year?

How about they are all pretty lackluster
Only halfway through the video, but all of Martin's criticisms are super nitpicky. He's entertaining enough that it's still good though.
Yeah. It's half "this isn't the mental image I have of Spider-Man characters" and half nitpicking. Like, Spidey should've sneaked into MJ's play from the skylight? Huh
And with Spider-Man 3, can be summed up as "it's not that bad."
I haven't had a chance to watch the vid yet, but does he address the butler? Because that guy is one of the worst McGuffins in cinematic history. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V18RlvS0kRQ#t=2m50sAfter watching the video, I don't agree but I can follow his reasoning. He isn't trying to say that Spider-Man 3 is some masterpiece, just that he had an easier time buying into it compared to Spider-Man 2.
Doesn't mean the criticism has no merit. It may be a comic staple, but it doesn't make much sense in the context of this story and this character.the bank robbery complaint is stupid.
robbing banks is the staple of classic Spider-Man villains

I don't agree with him... but I can't really refute any of his criticisms.
