You can do it with +1 vibe apparently. And you can apparently cash in multiple times per day if your vibe increases from the last time you cashed in (caps off at +7).

I know, right? It is my favorite map for Splat Zones. I think Salt Spray Rig and Blackbelly Skatepark are good. Not really a fan of Urchin Underpass's despite me winning the most on that lol. And then Arowana Mall...at least it is now better than its Turf War counterpart.
