Sorry I'm Like half paying attention these matches and I think I ran out of inkI was so close to burst bomb splatting the sniper at start till Walkman abandoned me

They are the original escorted Inkling. If anything, when we play Escort Missions in GAF rooms, the person on each team designated as the person being escorted should be called [name redacted]s. :lol

I choked hard in this last match Walkman. always happens after I do really well lol.

Your team still won though, and that last match was super laggy for me even though i did well

I would like to play on a GAF team. I'll probably go with L-3 Nozzlenose as my main.
Hmm, the tournament rules are a bit complicated and annoying.
Basically you'd have to emphasize gear loadout for turf + splatzone, tower + turf, then splat zone. Still have no idea what's a good team composition yet but a single charger is likely a must. Surely there will be teams carrying inkstrikes just to cheese turf wars. And since you can switch team members anyway, having people that can use multiple weapons isn't as important.
Too many variables to think of at this time, people should probably just find people they want to play with and form a team and have fun.

It's August 5th for the update in NA so technically two days, but yeah, I don't think any teams will have "strats" at the tournament.

Yeah, immediately after the update is not the best idea IMO, should give your squads a little time to play together properly first.
This is absolutely required viewing. Everyone reading this just stop whatever you're doing and watch.
I want you to watch the video and guess who we're talking about before the big reveal about 2:30 into the New Game Mode video. If we give the name away, some GAF members good with Japanese will get it and the early game hilarity will be lost on them. It's so good it needs two watches to get everything. :lol
