If you like nearly 10 minutes of recycled footage per episode, sure.

It's NOT that much. The amount of flashbacks and reused footage is high, but around episode 14, the plot of the series really kicks in and its pretty good from there. Before that it sets up the mood of the hsow with various missions. Generally if you can make it about 7 episodes into it, it becomes rewarding. It was for me, anyway.

I watch some brainless but fun stuff like Pawn Stars, Storage Wars, and Mythbusters. thats about the extent of actual TV broadcasts, other than the NFL. I actually have no idea what Tv series are airing and haven't kept up with such things since I used to watch the family sitcoms on TGIF in the 90's.

There are benefits to watching shows after they've finished: if an initially promising show goes sour, you can be warned; and if a show you initially dismissed turns out to be excellent, you can be made aware of it.

So now that work has released it's ever so stressful grip on my soul for a few days, I'm gonna catch up on Ano Natsu, Rinne, and Chihayafuru. Hopefully I am not so ADD that I cannot accomplish this lol.

In truth I do watch a fair bit of anime on the side, and do not comment on everything that I watch. A lot of it is backlog shows in my collection and I'm not sure anyone would care enough about some of the shows. I did finish up CCS for example, but posting about episodes 50-70 is kind of overkill. then again, maybe it isn't.

Not to mention that at least for me If I watch good show in a day or two it becomes great and decent show becomes good. You get youself more involved to characters and world of the show when you watch several episodes consecutively. Bad shows become even worse though when watching in one sitting...
