Full Moon was by far the best series on that list. What a generally shitty awful season.
Man I remember the days when DEEN made good anime. Shame they don't make anything good anymore.
I should probably get around to watching that zombie show.
The world had to remind me Tokyo Mew Mew still exists...

Why is a person that’s clearly high/unfit allowed to storyboard?
Where to start a million complaints of about the animation and direction of the episode not the plot itself (that was ok)
Ikahara like production value (meaning there's next to nothing), budget cuts everywhere, bad drawings, lots of still images used for so long it lead me to think my media player might be freezing, tons of funky camera angles/storyboard making sure you can’t see shit so they can avoid animating and drawing properly also using silhouettes in action scenes shaft/ikahara style to be lazy/having to do less work and save budget.
It’s incredible how bad the direction/storyboard/animetion is, in this episode

What is it with japan and giving darkskin/black characters names like boo (am not kidding that’s the black kids name) not far off from the likes of mr popo, why can’t the little black kid have a real name like everyone else?
On the plus side theres animal and child abuse

Spent most of the day catching up on the show and it was a day well spent.
I'm glad I waited to finish it till now because that was one big cliffhanger.
Also, dayum at the latest episode. So much going on at once and I cannot wait to see what the next episode brings.

Really glad to see more Berserker and Kariya. I felt like we didn't see as much of him in the first season.
Also where the hell was Lancer the whole time? I know you might not know how to swim but there's fuckin' Chtulu wandering around. C'mon dude step up your game.

Wow no wonder I wasnt in anime then. That was also the worst digimon, Data Squad and Tamers were more interesting. I did see a megaman, but whatever was shown on kids wb afterschool.

He did character designs for two shows (RahXephon and The Twelve Kingdoms) that year and then seemingly fell of the face of the Earth.
But now we have catboys! Oh joy!

All plot and barely any action. Not complaining since I'm really liking this, but figured I should point it out. Caster is still weird as fuck and Archer continues to rock. Kirei is really starting to intrigue me and I can't wait to see what he does next.
Kiritsugu blowing up the hotel was intense, too.

This reference hasn't gone unnoticed and got a chuckle out of me. I'll admit to liking the pre-cancellation seasons of Family Guy.

Admittedly there are a lot of shows from the Spring 2002 season that I haven't seen, but the only things that look to be worth watching from there are Azumanga, Twelve Kingdoms, and parts of Abenobashi. Maaaaybe Full Moon.
With this season having Space Brothers, Lupin, Saint Seiya: Umakoshi Edition, Fate/Zero S2, and the promise of the upcoming Kids on the Slope, Tsuritama, and Hyouka, I'd say this is the superior one. Not that comparing random seasons is worth much.
I don't think the novelty of the premise will ever get old for me.

Kid Jellal was actually pretty cool, really minor moment but he like made the random fodder dude pop like a balloon. I just reread the Lucy + Juvia Vidaldus fight, so I cant wait to see

I dont really have any issues with the dub just wish Funimation would have va's that use different voices. Could have definitely thought I heard Vidaldus voice (Mike McFarland) in another anime, and wow, guess Ill hear him again in two weeks in the Legend of the Legendary Heroes dub.

This just seems slightly demeaning. I mean, what's with Haru's avatar? Seriously? In fact, Haru's whole South Park-like character design seems to be just a gimmick to attract watchers to a cliche show they would usually have given a second thought. I'll try and reserve judgment for now and see if anything substantial results from the character design.
Not to mention wish fufillment. The whole "prettiest girl who has mysterious powers that she gives to the boy" plot device is really contrived and derivative. Can't they think of anything else?
and I just know the childhood friend is going to get the shaft, again ;_;
