Fix your spoiler tag in the quote, Ultimadrago...
Yeah, that sounds right. So it's a bit creepy, but far from the worst.
Looks nice... I assume it'll be pretty expensive, though.
Well, now you see!
At least that show got 24-26 episodes, though, not like the ~13 of both of the shows I mentioned.
... Of course though, and this is so obvious it probably doesn't even need to be said, but the best sign of the injustice of anime right now is that ABe still hasn't managed to make another anime.
Ah, so you mean that both seasons were approved at the beginning? Still, I thoguht it might be decent at first, but... I just lost interest. Still haven't gotten past somewhere between episodes 4 and 6 in S1.
I thought it was her first year in highschool she kept monologuing her time in middle school and how she wants to change, and Miketsukami has 7 years on her.
Yeah, that sounds right. So it's a bit creepy, but far from the worst.

Didn't I say that Beautiful Me was great?Milky Holmes S1 5
Mary and Kate's shoujo melodrama made this episode continually hilarious. While there were a couple moments of awkward animation, the action parts were generally well done and exciting.
But as always the real star is Twenty, who takes narcissism to new heights by making out with a body pillow of himself.
Well, now you see!
No, only to EST timezone people who actually sleep at night.400+ posts since I went to bed? Man, this thread has been unfriendly to EST timezone people lately, hah.
Fixed because I'm still mad.

Despera...
Well it's not really season 2, but more like Fate/Zero's case being part 2 of it.
Ah, so you mean that both seasons were approved at the beginning? Still, I thoguht it might be decent at first, but... I just lost interest. Still haven't gotten past somewhere between episodes 4 and 6 in S1.
Well yeah... how else should it start?Milky Holmes 9
First scene starts with FOOD!
Just bad luck, girls. No girls, don't play with the Ouija! And now they're framed for murder!
And yet another small laugh out of me from abrupt scene transition after Twenty quip! It's a pretty subtle detail, but I know they're doing it deliberately now!
Heeey, why does Nero get the fat ancestor possession?! (Well, I know why, but still...
Yeah, you know why, and it's entirely appropriate too. They're supposed to look like their namesakes after all.
That part, with the spirits of the detectives coming back and posessing them, was kind of interesting from what I remember... that group are certainly more competent than Milky Holmes are, though!

"It was a monkey in the academy!"
"There are no monkeys here."
"Oh yeah..."
Made me laugh more than it should have.
And of course,Sherlock's ancestor, Sherlock is a bawss....also, Sonia, of course! But her hair's still so cute!
AndDat huge Shelock smile at the end deserves mention!
An okay episode, more forthan for humor. Hoping the next one brings some chuckles.lineage detailing to fill for the girls
I think it had some of both, but maybe less humor than some episodes... not every episode is even in that regard, in this franchise.
I don't remember this episode on sight. What was it about again?Milky Holmes 10
Hah, yes we get it, show. Henriette has a nice, booming chest!
Haha, poor Herc. So cute when she's like that.
How do they get all this stuff to gather?!
Ha, I love how all of Three Card seems to be fond of Henriette. (Well, questionable for Twenty, as he has a crush on himself more!)The backstory flashback was a surprise. Never saw comedic goons as one to get that sort of treatment.
Ha!five mintes of Twenty losing it was entertaining. Poor "Beautiful Me's" first bath is from another...
I liked this episode. Had humor while adding a bit to the story of the oppositionBest episode in a while. The with fight between Three Card was some good laughs. The bit of emotion at the end was needed to top it off and it delivered.
I think that Milky Holmes has some of the best of that I've ever seen, yeah.Milky Holmes 11
Awwwww, look how sad they're suffering
I mean, can you think of an anime with more, or cuter, suffering? I don't think I can!
And holy crap, Arsene has lost it!
Well yeah, can you blame her?
Yeah, she doesn't often look fazed, for sure. The way Sherlock bleeds flowers is adorable.
Haha, poor Nero is on thatbum status!

Had to get this pose, preppin' for battle like a beast
Somewhat, yeah.Bah, wished they'd showed at least a bit of Genius 4's battle. Eyecatch transition to aftermath's a bit of a cop-out.
The series does have moments of seriousness, yeah. One episode of season 2's pretty much all serious, for example... but given the series it's in, they always remain moments, as it should be. But yeah, both seasons end strongly, with great, action-packed final arcs. They definitely put a lot of effort into the last few episodes each time, and it shows.Sherlock's speech was nice, but I could barely take it seriously when she's deformed for 90% of it. Useful Gift from Sonia at last second?....*facepalm* I'll go with it. lol @ the wedding plate.
Yay. Everyone got their powers back in a bang of glory!
Dat ending...shit gone real.
A few episodes, like ep. 12 of season 1, or ep. 11 of season 2, show that this team can do a very good action episode. However, I definitely think that the show is better as it is; as an action show it'd be a whole lot more generic. It's the comedy, and the suffering-humor, that really makes the franchise what it is. Without that and with an action focus it could still be good, but it'd be a different, and maybe not as interesting, show.Milky Holmes 12 (End)
Ha!Beautiful Me summon just had to happen before this ended.
I can't help, but moan whenmoans...it's contagious!Arsene
Lack of powers be damned!Dayumn, this battle! I'm being selfish, but I wish there were action like this for every other episode!
Well naturally.Gaa--! Boobs killed the tension! Damn you soft breeeeeeeasts!
Hehe, there's some fun stuff in the scufflewhen you pause at each frame of it.
Okay, so now....NOOOW?!
*double facepalmtacular*They forget who Arsene is and lose their powers immediately again, of course.
Yeah, S2 is pretty good overall too. The first two episodes are weak, but the rest of the season's well up to par. Overall it's definitely a very fun, silly franchise, full of weird, random humor and ridiculousness. Good stuff.Ah well, a fitting ending, I suppose. Overall, I found this pretty entertaining. The color palette was...colorful. Three Card are the best goons I've seen in a bit and the humor, while flat at times, was enjoyable more often than not.
I'll be putting Season 2 on my list as I'm looking forward to more light-hearted suffering from this gang of silliness. I'll probably watch it after something more serious though, I've been thinking of getting on Stein's; Gate...
After Credits:MORI ARTY LOLOLOLOLOL
Mori Arty... yeah, that reveal was good stuff. She shows up on occasion in S2, and yes, is pretty entertaining in how she interacts with Milky Holmes. :lol
Yeah, they're clearly under-appreciated at police HQ...Milky Holmes: Summer Special
So Kokoro as an, hmmmm.idol
Man, I never though G4 HQ would be a shithole.
Indeed, Kokoro is a genius like one the world has rarely seen!Yay! 1.3 TRILLION I.Q. She did it!
Yeah, the OVA was nothing great. As I said above, don't expect the first two episodes of season two to be too great either... it gets better after that, though. I mean, the OVA was okay, but it was a pretty average at best episode, with nothing really special to make it an OVA. It doesn't have any plot really of note either, and the humor's not the series at its best. So yeah, I thought it was okay and occasionally funny, but not as good as many episodes of the first season. No, don't leave Kokoro! That means less screen time for Tsugiko!
Cute battle music video later on. Some emotions here and there over the events.
The ending of course, was what anyone would've seen.
It was an okay episode, didn't feel very "specially" though. Felt much like a regular episode with a different character focus, but it did have a decent amount of action. Something I wish the series had a bit more of.
Also, cute new ED.
