I had to sing "I'll make a man out of you" from Mulan during my interview. That's what I get for saying it's my favorite Disney song when the interviewers asked. My friend said she liked Pokemon when they asked her what anime she likes. She figured it's something everybody recognizes, so it might be a good answer.
They asked her to act out Pokemon for them. She pretended she was Ash and caught a Pikachu. >.>
Basically it's designed to see who's willing to act kind of nuts, since the job calls for it on a daily/moment to moment basis.

Furthermore, regarding Seitokai Yakuindomo:
I really can't get over the similarities to GJ-bu (though obviously this came first).
Tsuda = Kyoro
Shino = Shion/Mao
Aira = Megumi
Suzu = Mao
And just replace the club setting with the student council.
I think the incredible amount of sex jokes takes it to an entirely different place. It's just a constantly rotating tsu/boke routine anyway, pretty standard for 4-komas
My choice would be "Be Prepared" from the Lion King. Fucking amazing song.

Oh you're totally right. It does. I interviewed in Boston which was pretty tough, but places in the US like NYC or LA are even more difficult. Not sure about abroad though.

Reminds me of when I went on a school trip to China and we visited a school. I was being asked question by a group of girls and they asked what my favourite song was. Trying to think of a band they may have heard of I said "Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody". Big mistake. "Can you sing that to us?" they asked. I tried to see if anyone would join in but no one would. Luckily I managed to delay it so it never happened.

The most impressive achievement of mai otome is the escuse with the nanomachines making sure they would be no males even remotely near the casting.
Yep great show, wish it had a second season but all these ovas will have to do, it shits on that other seitokai show....
Also might check out GJ-bu now since a few people are comparing them.
Watching the first season? You're in for a treat.
