The fanservice in this is making me rather uncomfortable. They've definitely crossed a line here.

Also, did that black girl just become white? What?

Please support the various anime OTs. We can do this together. Stop dumping everything in this thread! We can promote change for a better world!

Gargantia is even better the second time.
Also, Amy is ADORABLE.
I'm going to love this show to death and be on the verge of crying when it is a sales flop for whatever trivial reason Otaku will find to abandon it. Maybe not enough fanservice.

So the sakuga remained consistent for the second episode too. Still pretty entertaining. 13 minutes definitely helps it. This episode felt a bit more focused than the first one. I would also like to take this opportunity to stress how awesome the OP is once again.
The Leviathan battle was so awesome, albeit short, RIP Giant Warrior.

I felt it was off too.

I don't remember what you mentioned though.

Attack On Titan/Shingeki No Kyojin 2

Oh boy, I was so excited when the Armored Titan showed up. Seeing him running was sooooo cool. sogood.gif
This is how every good adaptation should be like.

Gargantia 2

Still a pretty dope show. I just love the setting so much. So much details and whatnot.
Seeing Chamber fucking shit up was so satisfying.
I also dig the OST, especially that music that played right after the OP. Some scenes are really relaxing, like the one where we see the seagulls and hear the sea...
Definitely a great show, looking forward to the next episode.

Umm actually it's about you and other uncultured people???
Is accepting any shit in front of you, pretending it to be ART culture?

No, it's being a Shit Eater.

Stop it, it demeans animation, the technique of rotoscoping and everyone, including the deluded fools who made this awful show, involved.

Or read the manga instead, whatever works for you.

Wow this was great, its pretty damn long time an anime have good lore on its own.. people keep using same thing over and over again. Butch redeemed (so far)

Valvrave are the mech show that I fanboying this season but I can admit this have potential to being actual great stuff.

Shingeki episode 2 was good. I'm personally not a fan of front-loading most of the tension, and the latter third wasn't really as interesting, but I'm interested in seeing if or how the sacrifices play into the events later. If they can stay consistent with this show's production, it's going to be awesome.

Thinks which make me uncomfortable in GaoGaiGar FINAL:

Brothers and sister:

Black people turning white:

Explicit lesbian rape via a bee needle thing:

What the fuck guys. Funny how no-one mentioned this kind of thing when they talked about the series!

I thought we were going to stop talking about the poor deluded fools who tricked themselves into thinking the show is any good?
"I KNOW YOU ARE BUT WHAT AM I" - your responses

Well good, you now have the optimal flowers of evil experience. You don't need to watch someone make an arse out of themselves and a pretty decent bit of sequential art for a criminal amount of money.
Both are great works. This isn't a videogame or some application software, what the fuck is an "optimal experience" beyond experiencing both in the best way possible, lol?

It's the part no one cares about! I blame the adult fans and their need to be pandered to. Can't just have a monster of a week, nope, gotta have rape and incest.

Sorry.. too focused thinking Butch would achieving Okadabot/Lindeloff status.

I think Butch is too commercial a writer for that. He's actually a pretty safe writer who usually just writes what people expect him to. If something is good or bad, it's usually a sign of poor production staff and/or a bad director.

Psycho-pass was kinda meh by the end, but I don't think anyone ever went "wtf is this garbage crap?!?!". Lol.

Well, you're the one wasting your life watching a badly animated piece of shit. So you tell me.

That what happen if perverted animators got off from their restriction about making cartoon for kids.

Just imagine if its happened to precure.

What is it that the manga does that makes you consider it a great work?
Just the way it tackles the whole incompatible with society, wholly dejected, mentally-ill middleschooler/high-schooler pseudo-intellectual thing. It's really sad when I see people consider it nothing more than a "cringe/rage/whatever" manga because it's so much more.

The abstract imagery used to communicate this in the manga probably won't be replicated in the anime, so I consider them separate.

Hmm. It reminds me of some American YA novels I've read in how painfully sincere the characters are about their nihilism.
