Oreimo S2 Episode 2

No kirino is just stupid.. but you guys make a nice couple :)

Episode 2 wasn't that great but it was still above average.
The power of love plus shouldn't be underestimated. i amost fell into that trap years ago .Love plus "free mode" is addictive as possible and this anime version with improved voice recognition + touch mode + mail management ( triple como ) seems even deadlier.

Oreimo%20S2%20-%2002_02.jpg

Every gamer does that ( or do they ? )

but yeah it's creepy ..

This episode however lacked saori & kuroneko.

We just need to believe! Let's burn our cosmo together!

I'm burning my cosmo at 2 places juts like you asked :)

Asking syrop for direct help is the recipe for failure :)

I think in understand the world better now in this second episode.
fruthermore the perspective changed. It's time to follow bahamut !

Clearly a different character from leviathan, different background but not so different goals and another way to handle syrop.
The episode was much enjoyable , syrop is clearly my favorite character but the world building seems to be there even if they take their time. i'm hoping this episode cliffanger will pay off , since we still don't know much about the overall threat.

This anime is a surprise ... i'm hoping they will do something intresting with the setting that seems to be fun so far .

The way some people on this thread reacted to the first episode, I expected this show to leave my television and shit all over my face. Yet, I did not have to worry about shit entering my mouth, since the following did not happen. I, like DTL, actually enjoyed the first episode. It's goofy as fuck, and I won't treat this as a "serious anime." But for what it was, I had fun with it. I'll continue to keep up with it.

Attack on Titan 2

I'm just going to go to the bookstore sometime in May, and be that dirty "weeabo" who's there reading all the manga. I'm already doing that for Flower of Evil, so I might as well do it for this property.

Oh yeah, I should talk about the show. I really enjoyed the second episode. I am really craving to see how everything unfolds. Mikasa was really awesome. And like Duckroll pointed out in the OT, the outro was gorgeous. Not as awesome as the first episode, but I was still sad how quickly this episode ended.

I guess I'm one of those people who enjoys whatever the fuck the High School of the Dead director touches. I know, I'm a horrible human being, and I don't deserve to be in this thread. But, I'm staying, and you'll have to deal with it!

Whelp, I should post my impressions in the OTs, so we can reach Duckroll's utopia
dystopia.

This looks like some bullet hell shmup with laser beams everywhere, I'm probably a poor viewer for this kinda of action, hard to follow what's happening on screen.

Could be interesting,
I'm glad the setting immediately changed in the first episode, wasn't digging what was it like at the beginning, on Earth with seemingly time jump is prob ably more interesting that some space faction alien war stuff

Newish gaffer here that was weened on Melody of Oblivion and Final Fantasy Unlimited (a.k.a. the golden age of anime) and was wondering what I should watch next: Casshern Sins, Project ARMS or Romeo x Juleit?

Definitely go with Casshern Sins. It's a real classic. Gorgeous and with great characters and with interesting ideas to explore.

3 weeks of recaps? Are they trying to outdo Wolf's Rain?

I hope not. 3 weeks is already enough.

Based on the preview, I think next week might be it, since they show most of the remaining stuff in the preview.

This is such a pleasant show. Even if the humor isn't doing it for me, the animation picks up the slack and keeps me interested. The
Leviathan attack on Mu
part in particular was great to just watch. Still really like that OP too.

What can i say about this show...It's pretty good. In it's essence, it's nothing more than a disney-style fairy tale and "boy meets girl" love story. It's really sweet to boot.
Animation is gorgeous, stills look great too. Story is simple and enjoyable, adventures aplenty and the character interaction is handled nicely.
It's not in any way a masterpiece, but just a nice "feel good" romantic tale. Show doesn't take itself too seriously, which is nice too. It's not dark, depressing, or anything.

In other words, i can recommend it to anybody who likes such stuff. It's sweet and charming, definitely worth checking out. It also featured refreshing amount of almost zero fanservice.

I need to watch those Disney-style films that feature tentacles. I've been missing out!

Top-left: Awesome guys, btw.
Top-right: More where that came from
Bottom-left: Shameless elderly moe.
Bottom-right: "Why did it have to be plants?"

Don't get me wrong, I was entertained (intended or unintentional hilarity, doesn't matter) and don't mind the blatant fan-service.
However, the words in bold seem an odd takeaway.

Is this measured by how long the fanservice moments are, or by it's quality?

Nafe had a monster post with them that might have some you missed: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=53146221&postcount=8503

Probably should be added to the next OP too if people want them to thrive.
