I really don't understand what you're trying to proof? Are you really that kinda stupid or something? They showed how ships react to different weather and as far as we all know, there is no weather system in-game atm. That was being showed in the clip you shared.

So for you, no it's not fake, and no it's not yet in the game. The guy is not really knowing what he is talking about. I mean check the comment section on youtube.
