Immediately before Episode IV. The opening crawl of Episode IV references what goes on in this movie.

Everything from the camera angles, incredible special effects, better costumes and dialogue we've heard so far.
I was hoping they were going to emulate the late 70s even down to Vader's matte looking costume in the first film. Everything looks like a new-ish version of attempting to be retro.

I know that. If I had made the film I would have attempted to further bring the camp, stop motion and matte paintings back.
Maybe one day I'll be able to make a Star Wars film. I can dream.
[Edit: Also for Ep 1-3. They looked nothing like I imagined when I was kid and hearing about the "Old Republic" as spoken by Obi-Wan in his hut.]

Vader should catch him in mid-leap and snap his neck Stranger Things style.
I love that shot of the missile launcher tagging the AT-AT, from the ground, so damn much.
There's a moment when they lean into the Imperial March, and then sweeten it a bit so it turns uplifting after the initial refrain. Lots of nice little twists on that theme in the trailer.
As Dookkake said, more interesting - different than the OT - visuals than TFA went with. I love the constant David vs. Goliath theme running through it.
Solid trailer. Ended exactly how I though it would, after teasing Vader with the theme all trailer.

Plenty great shots in there. Dialogue and such is less convincing. Hope this movie actually has a cohesive narrative.

Im expecting as much vader as joker in suicide squad.
It's possible I guess? Anakin wasn't around Amidala all that much in Ep3, and if Donnie Yen came around when she qas lonely I don't see how she could resist.
i'd love for Vader to just stomp shit out near the end, but I'm also preparing for this possibility.

From this trailer I feel like this is the SW movie I've wanted my entire life and that has never been made... EP7 was okay but I've always wanted something with a bit more depth and a bit heavier tone
