I think so. No one else has said it. Scalebound PC would be a big deal gaining traction as well as the other ports. So either a slip or talking out his ass.

GameSpot have deleted Gears of War 4 and Scalebound from it. It seems to be a mistake.

980TI as a recommended GPU (read, what you have to have to match console performance) is all sorts of funny and sad at the same time.
Most probably Remedy figured PC users would just set everything to Ultra again and complain about 4k+SSAA8x+8k shadows being badly optimized on their 960.

yeah, im hoping it's just for the crazies out there trying to run the game in 4K while downsampling from 8K or some shit.
Then again, ROTTR's surprisingly is pushing the PC hardware pretty hard at 1080p, too. I'm holding out that the DX12 patch there helps make things not so uneven

Those recommended specs are not surprising. Next gen is only getting started, beginning with Rise of the Tomb Raider and ending with Final Fanasy XV.
