I prefer my games to have polish and not suck. RO barely qualifies.
I've made two threads and not been banned! I have passed the first trial. The next stage is hoping to get a tag despite not contributing anything of note. This stage will last for the majority (if not all) of the rest of my time on GAF.You can make any thread you want for your first thread.
The question is whether or not you ever get to make a second one... or post at all again

Welp first of all thanks Jshackles for Greed Corp! Secondly, I've committed a grave sin, as it appears that I already own Greed Corp.
So, reposting this one up as a raffle for anyone who wants it:
As a representative of Board Game GAF, I can confirm that Greed Corp is a very good game, especially if you like boardgamey stuff at all.

Just wait for a tag fishing thread. Bish hands them out like candy and chances are you will get one that fits your persona (like me).
Go for it, SP is still a rock solid experience although short, for all the complaints the series gets, the COD:MW is worthy of a play-through at least.
And after all these years it's still has the strongest MP base for all the COD games.

probably not your kinda game, it's got a steep learning curve and unending skill ceiling.
tribes ascend is the only other shooter i'd pit against it, everything else is garbage.

Buy it for the campaign, online is loaded with bots, few days ago i decided to install CoD4, 10 games played all ten had hackers, I quickly uninstalled it..

Are you talking about modern games, or FPS in general? Because if it's the latter, then you have a pretty narrow taste in my opinion.
But to each their own.
It's janky as hell, and some of the "chores" are boring/impossible to do correctly.
Still, it's an experience.
This is tempting. I already own the game for the 360, but I'm not paying for live anymore. How is the online community?

I know it's good, because I already played the Wii version. In fact, my only experience with the franchise (apart from a local deathmatch session once in PS3 Black Ops and once in Wii U Black Ops 2) was all on Wii: MW1, WaW (which I really liked), BO1 (the only thing I liked from the campaign was listening to "Fortunate son") and some of MW3 (never finished it, as I got bored).
This is it then. 500 games. Though for some strange reason the counter in my profile is showing 819 now after redeeming CoD.
It's reserving space for sequels.

I'm still only an hour into the $69.99 copy of Castlevania: Lord of Shadows I got as a birthday gift like 3 years ago. I haven't opened the full price copy of Skyrim I got last year as a gift. This is a comparatively low turn-around time for me!

the part where you're caught in the nuclear blast, and you get to play your character's last moments.
Oh, and I always leave Vsync on, as I rarely notice input lag, if at all. But tearing is the one thing I can't tolerate.

Ever since I redeemed this week's Humble Bundle, I have about 50 random SteamApps sitting in my Library. Anyone know what that's about or how to make them go away?
Known bug. No way to fix it yet.
The max payne 3 was posted here when it first started 3? days ago, since it's a Steam key.
I'm sure there's a GOG thread around here... somewhere... where relevant deals are posted.
