btw, does anyone have a Guest Pass problem where you try to activate it but a popup with a black blank screen just occurs?
there's not button to activate it and Killing Floor just stays there taunting me with "Activate" :/

Oh wow... GAF is so awesome. Steamgift doesn't even begin to compare.
This reminds me: I still have a code for the HiB#2 (I think, could be HiB#3... not sure anymore). The first to quote will get it.

How much is the Borderlands GOTY edition in the US?
I am thinking about getting it but I tried it once back when it launched on my Xbox. Was playing alone though because of stupidity that is Live (pay to play online...) and did have some fun with it. Is it much better with friends and DLC? I am not really sure...

GOTY is $7.49.

Borderlands Vanilla is $4.99.

Yeah, as you said... I love GAF and their generosity. I try my best as well and have done it in past. My recent massive contribution recently is giving away 1GB GTS 250 and BF3 preorder to a fellow gaffer who build his first PC.

It took us roughly 14 hours and while we skipped quite a bit of dialogue early on, I really started to dig the story in the second half of the game. Boss fights were top-notch, the art and visuals were consistently pleasant, and the combat was satisfying.

Is it worth 50$? I would say no. However, I think it's easily worth 20-25$.

I would drop 10$ on a DLC expansion that was a couple hours long in a heart beat and I will definitely be picking up the sequel if Obsidian makes it.

My Xbox 360 died back when I was really addicted to the game. Would love to play it again.

watch it just link to your steam account to log into gamespy lulz and even if you sign in with steam it's still connecting to gamespy ;(

When i did my play through i started as Reinhart and my coop buddy was Anjali. I for the life of me could not gel with Reinhart's play style so then i switched to lucas and just started raping face.

Reinhart was weird at first, but after about an hour or so I started to feel comfortable and I ended up liking him. I'm prolly gonna roll as Lucas when some of friends grab the game on sales down the road.

What if we had a Steam Account with all of the Gaffers on it, and then people could just link to that account when someone new wants some friends and it'd have everyone on the list and then can pick and choose?

Sorta like the Xbox variant? I'm not sure how that works but I feel like we have a lot of people here.
