In case any of you are new to Steam sales, don't expect the store to change over immediately at 1PM eastern. What will typically happen is that no new sale will go up, then the specials tab will get totally flooded by discounted games, then the actual sale design page will go up within 10-15 minutes.

Those packs will be on deep discount the entire duration of the sale. They aren't daily deals.
