So there's a pretty awesome looking Descent-like up on Greenlight called Retrovirus. I think that trailer is a bit of a mistake because it takes over a minute before they even show gameplay. Here's what shows up at the 1:11 mark.

Get on it before you get spoiled. The first episode felt kinda piloty but it really picks up in episode 2.

Do you have nostalgia for it from the Dreamcast days? Otherwise I really don't see how anyone can enjoy the game.

A friend of mine played the game for the first time on PC and he seemed to enjoy the game despite it's aging, as long as you keep in mind that the gameplay has aged, it's still an overall enjoyable experience and the atmosphere can really bring someone into the game.
I think for $3.75 it's worth the risk.
