No, the only problem is the driving was shit. The actual FPS parts were excellent.
The ending didn't bother me, since terrible endings are an id trademark at this point, but I was miffed by the lack of anything resembling a final boss; I saved my BFG ammo for nothing.

Definitely. The game has some of the most satisfying FPS combat in any game of the past few years, and the shotguns are the highlight.

I'm really having to force myself through Taris. Got to the undercity and acquired Mission as a party member, I forgot how obnoxious a character she was. Last time I played Knights of the Old Republic I was evil enough to bend Zalbaar to my will and force him murder Mission despite the life debt he owed to her. Only interacted with Mission twice and I already look forward to doing that again.
One thing I don't like about KotOR is how it tries to force interactions with your party members. Three times this has happened with Carth on Taris, now I'm just clicking ignore. I don't care Carth, you're just meatbag filler until I get HK-47.
Edit: Now there's forced banter between Mission and Carth, I've begun entertaining myself by choosing the most dickish dialogue options available. I need Canderous and HK-47.

For a gaming client you would think one person at Valve working on the new features would of thought of this and not only that but here is the KICKER. They disable your own screenshots as well under your "My History". **FACEPALM**

That's weird, I thought I recalled liking Mission. But then again I also recall KOTOR 1 being one of the few games that had dialogue options that I actually might have felt comfortable using in real life, so I'm probably the rare super light side player who was nice to everyone. Or maybe I was just a kid and Mission was a girl and I was blinded by that.

Did the Waking Dead episode get released yesterday? My prediction is that it won't really work right, and might be delayed a day or two, and it won't be until the weekend that it starts working.
I also predict that everyone (i.e. me) who didn't submit a game before now will be doomed, since it will be like iOS here everyone has games out and Steam is no longer the domain of the few, the proud, and the rich. Indie games will crash to $2 average, cats and dogs will fight in the streets, and so forth.
Not all of this prediction may be serious.
