I hope it's something else as I got that game for PSP. I'd prefer Ys I and II. I'll buy anything they put out regardless though just to support JRPG's on the platform.

Max players total was about 28,000 yesterday or something.

If you're asking about giving invites that people have just received one, it can't be done. They changed the way invites are given out by Steam. They now get added directly to your game library.
I suppose though, that somebody might have an invite left over from before they changed the way they're given out.

Portal 2 is $22.49 (other Valve games have changed their prices as well). Looks like some Rockstar games also got discounted.

Fixed. Steam used to have playtime in the overlay, but the screenshots took its place.

Oh snap! Now I kind of wish I hadn't squirreled away PSP versions of the Ys games.
Now tell me Xseed is releasing Retro Game Challenge 2.
I'd like for Valve to add a play-time tracker for non-Steam games. Given Steam's integration with external games launched through the client (i.e. it knows when you're in a non-Steam game and saves a "last played on ..." record), surely it wouldn't be hard to implement.

I was pretty bummed that it didn't have that at launch, I couldn't quite get the hang of the mouse controls.
