So when we all got those random Assassin's Creed Revelations 50% off coupon I got it into my head to finally sit down and play through my copies of Assassin's Creed 1 and 2. I'm actually quite enjoying the first Assassin's Creed, I sunk about four hours into it today, made my way to the second major city, you could choose between Acre and Jerusalem, and I chose Acre. I've been experiencing these random crashes in Acre, there's no performance drop before it happens, there's no explicit error message after the fact, the game just dies. It's happened twice now.

I'm not sure there is one. I know there was a server thread for a brief revival last year but that ran its course. There looks like there's another old one from 2006 but it's had no activity for a year.
